Women leaders take IG Bonnet to task over slow pace of defilement investigation

A section of women leaders are now taking the Inspector General of police to task over the slow pace of investigations into the gruesome defilement of a thirteen year old girl from Homa Bay. Led by the cabinet administrative secretary for gender, Racheal Shebesh, the leaders say it is incomprehensible that a week after the attack, no one has been charged in court.
